  1. WELCOME TO SHEET LAYOUTS©!

If you do ANY page make up, reports, newsletters, bulletins, flyers, reviews, club journals or ANY kind of desk top publishing which results in four pages or more, SHEET LAYOUTS© will be helpful.  If you have a bulletin of 16 pages -- or 88 pages -- using SHEET LAYOUTS© will let you know what pages go next to (and back up) what pages, no more mix-ups.  Follow the SHEET LAYOUTS©, positioning each page as indicated -- for the proper number of pages -- and your publication will be correct every time.

SHEET LAYOUTS© requires a program which will read PICT files, any draw program which can read objects, such as SuperPaint®, or MacDraw®. You will be able to read, display and print the many page layouts in this set.  SHEET LAYOUTS© can be imported into PageMaker® and similar page making programs.

  7. The primary type font used is Helvetica which most everyone has in his/her Macintosh®.  While not required, using the marvelous Adobe Type Manager® (ATM®) will help display each page most clearly and will ensure best printing results.

This sampler disk contains 3 sets of layouts for 2-up jobs -- most common for smaller quantities (such as a newsletter which prints 2 pages on a single 8-1/2" x 11" sheet and is then folded). If you will be having the final publication printed 2-pages at a time (2-up) SHEET LAYOUTS© will give you correct page locations (impositions).

  11. The commercial version of SHEET LAYOUTS© contains layouts for 2-UP AND 4-UP formats, a total of 58 different page layouts!

The commercial version is available for $5.00 POSTAGE PAID.  Use of this sampler permits the user to use this disk in any legal manner.  Unlimited reproductions are permitted of the output, as long as the copyright laws are observed by maintaining the copyright notice.  This product has been priced extremely low so that beginners in desk top publishing -- as well as seasoned professionals -- can make use of this program.  While the duplication of the commercial version is not legal -- you may make copies of THIS SAMPLER and distribute in any manner, as long as both READ ME files are intact and this program is not packaged for resale in ANY manner.
